Is it normal for a storage company to post a unit every other month and ive bid on the same cs9 unit 3 times this year and just before it closes they will cancel…anyone else have this problem

Yes this does happen from time to time. What will happen is that the tenant will rush in and pay off their debt in fear of getting their items sold off. By law the facility has to accept the payment from the tenant. The tenant will pay then leave and wont comeback unless they see the unit up again for auction.
It is an annoying cycle for the facility as they most likely what the get rid of the stuff. Until the laws change there really isn’t much we can do.
LMAO…this same unit up for auction again last month again and this month…smdh
