why am i getting outbid by $1?

I know that is what I want to know how does that happen when the bid increments are $10. I have been reading the topics on the fo and finding that maybe we should not even bother sounds sketchy. In fact there is a unit on now that proves that the facility is moving things in a Lien unit the one with the washer & dryer.
