Can anyone tell me how facilities with several locations have dealt with the timing of each auction? I have bidders wanting to bid on several auctions at once and/or units at once, but not being able to due to the fact that they all end at the same time. We have multiple stores, withsometimes several units every month. Suggestions on how others have decided to deal with this issue? Or from bidders wishing we would deal with this issue…Open to any suggestions…

What some facilities do is space out the ending time by 5 - 10 minutes apart for each of the auctions. Also there is “soft close” added on as well. What that means is that any bid made within the last 30 minutes of the auction, an extra minute will be added on the end. This gives other bidders the opportunity to make any final bids and avoid sniping auctions last minute.
