What happens if the winning bidder is a no show?

If a bidder defaults on a unit then it is up to the facility to either offer the unit to the next highest bidder, relist the unit again or dump the unit for the lack of space in their facility.
If the facility offers the unit to the next highest bidder the price will be from their last bid that they made.
